Before After

So tired today!

So today was my first day on the phentermine. I took only a half to start with.  I didn't feel much different, but I got extremely tired this afternoon. That has been normal lately though. I didn't feel "not hungry" like people say until this evening. I only ate half of my dinner, where as I can usually eat a full plate and go back for seconds. I wonder if it's just in my head though. I think I probably have to give it a few days before I decide if this stuff is going to work. I hope and pray it does.

My boyfriend is still being kind of a jerk today. when he gets mad, he stays quiet for a few days. It drives me crazy!!! It ends up pissing me off and then I feel like I have to be quiet for a few days. Sometimes I can't stand men!!!!

Wishing you all a Happy Friday tomorrow!!

PHENTERMINE DANGERS

Hi.....I posted the following on my blog last week.  I don't know if you are aware that the "phen" part of phen-fen is phentermine.   This can cause a noncurable lung disease called pulmonary hypertension, which leasd to hear failure.   When I took these drugs I heard about the dangers, but I was 260 pounds and desperate to lose.  I lost 90 pounds and felt great!  But now, ten years later, I may have PH.  I realize that now I'd rather be fat than die, but  I'll know next week after having a heart catheterization if I have it..  Please, please....for your sake, check with your doctor about it.

If anyone reads this and took the diet drugs phen-fen in the late 90's, please tell your doctor and have a check up.   I took it for two years and lost 90 pounds and felt great.  Now, ten years later, I may have Primary Pulmonary Hypertension, which there is no cure for.   I'm undergoing a lot of tests and hope I don't have it, but my docs have ruled out other lung diseases.  I didn't even think of it until my lung doctor  said I may have it because it was ten years ago......then I remembered that people had died from it after using phen-fen.  Extreme tiredness and shortness of breath on exertion is one of the first symptoms.  Please, please check with your doctor if you EVER took those drugs.
