Still Doing Ok...

Well I wouldn't say I'm being perfect, but the scales are still moving.. and in the right direction.  My CDC is away now for three weeks so I need to have got through the majority of the weight I need to lose by the time she returns.  Under Eight weeks to go till Mexico.  But the good news is I went out yesterday is a Size 12 top - yay and it looked good (or so i was told anyway).  But as every girl knows just because you fit into Size X in one shop does not mean you fit into them all.  i am by no means now a Size 12.  I just fit into generously cut Size 12 tops.  In the meantime I still have to lose at least a few inches off my thighs before I can get even generous Size 12 trousers on!!!

But like I said... its all moving in the right direction...

Down Day... Day 66

Still trying not to weigh myself (didn't at work anyway-scales at home are a pot-luck so don't count).

Have taken up skipping in my back garden after my attempt to go jogging around the block failed at the end of the road... not because I couldn't - suprisingly I was fine... but some dodgy people in a dodgy car were acting very dodgy and I thought perhaps they might be interested in my latest aquisition (my new ipod nano).

Had a BAD day food wise.  1 Choc Tetra - Good, 2 x Choc Orange Bars - OK.  3 Chocolate teacakes - BAD, 1 Galaxy Bar - BAD.

Also had chocolate cake last night when I got home from the pub (water only).  Also NOT GOOD.

So is my body still in ketosis - who knows... too scared to test really - hence the skipping and jogging punishment!!!

Going back outside to carry on now, in the safety and privacy of my own back garden!!!

Made a decision not to weigh myself everyday... its not healthy nor helpful....

I bought some Size 14 jeans from NEXT today, to aim to get into in a week or so.  They already fit - woo hoo!

10 Weeks to Go till Mexico

OK, as the title suggests, I've got 10 weeks to go till I go to Mexico!

Both... WooHoo and Aaarrggghhh!

I'm 2 stone away from my goal weight and Mexico is supposed to be my reward....  uuummmmm.....

But 2 stone in 10 weeks is do-able - just....

Must get butt into gear.... no more picking... no more chinese... no excuses... yes its my birthday in march but it will have to be postponed this year.... will celebrate in Mexico instead....

2.8lb loss a week for 10 weeks and I'll be wearing my bikini with price (ok maybe not but I'll be wearing it with shorts over the bottoms!!!

Making up for lost time

Well... I did it... I put my mind to it and I got back on the diet.  This week I lost the whopping 10lb I put on over Xmas and 2lb besides....

I'm back on track...  Yay!!!

Bought an Entire Wardobe of Size 12 Clothes in the Sales

Hello Guys & Gals...

Don't know if you remember me? I've been a bit absent for a while. I spent 18 weeks on CD before Christmas and went from a size 22/24 to now a 14/16 and lost 4 1/2 stone . Unfortunately, i was so happy that I lost the willpower to the diet and have just spent a month messing around!!

I haven't put too much back on but I NEED to reach my goal of being 12 Stone exactly on my 27th March weigh-in as I fly out to Mexico with some girlfriends on the 29th and it was supposed to be my treat for reaching my goal weight! Which is not going to happen unless I start TODAY!

I've tried to restart since last Thursday but it hasn't happened for one reason or another. Now I'm not making any more excuses - I'm going to get my a*** back into ketosis by my weigh-in on Thursday - that's my first goal!

As the title says as further motivation... I went out and bought an entire wardobe of clothes in the Sales ONLY in Size 12 - where I want to be!! So now I HAVE to fit into those clothes.

It truly is SO MUCH harder the second time around isn't it. I'm going to be popping in a lot now to keep my head in the right place... If you so much as smell me craving chocolate or lasanga please feel free to kick me!!

Where have I been?

OK, well its been over a month and have I ventured here? well only to update my weekly weigh-in!  So I've been struggling lately, what with cheating on this diet so today is now Day 3 of a restart with only a little wobble this afternoon at my crucial time 3.30ish - you know that dead period at work!

Other than that I'm feeling fantastic about myself really right now.  Yes I still hate my thighs and wouldn't be seen dead in a skirt but I went out the other night for a work do and wore a dress - OH MY GOD! - can you believe it and I felt good!  I don't think that has ever happened to me before.

Anyway, like I said, been a bit naughty lately so I'm goign to come back to this diary every dday again and make space for it in my life - time to get back on the wagon and lose another stone at least before Christmas.  I know I CAN DO IT.  I just have to be STRONG.
