My Tree is UP!
Good morning!
I came home yesterday to find that my husband put up the Christmas tree AND cleaned the house. Needless to say, I was tickled pink!
I confess I did not exercise at all yesterday. I sat in my workout clothes all day, yet never bothered to lace up my running shoes. Today is another day, and I will do my program later this morning: stationary bike, weightlifting, and C25K. Speaking of the C25K, I am afraid to move forward with the program. I dread running for an entire 25 minutes straight on Friday. Just thinking about it gives me butterflies - isn't that silly? Anyway, we'll see...
So, did you sit on the edge of your seat last night watching the Biggest Loser finale? Did you get a load of Phil? Holy crap! Anyway, I won't spoil the surprises for those of you who haven't gotten to see it yet. Let's just say I was extremely pleased with the outcome.
Have a wonderful day, everyone!

YES!!!
I loved it last night. Except the person who won the $100k. I didn't like that outcome.
I understand your feelings on the C25k. But think about how great you'll feel when you accomplish that!

Nice
Now, there's a properly trained husband! And now it's time to hop on that bike, yes??

:)
Hooray for a clean house and a Christmas tree. What a nice DH you have there!
I will admit there were times where I was intimidated by the C25k program and there were several weeks that I did for 3 or 4 weeks but I was ready to move forward even if my mind wasn't. You are ready too!

xmas tree!
oh! i love Christmas, but im jewish- so no tree!
how sweet of your dh to clean and put up the tree!
dont get too worried about making "the big jump" on the c25k. i was super freaked out too... it is easier than you would think. your body is kind of ready for/expecting it. i was shocked when i did it and my heart didnt explode! but i did it- and im still breathing, so it cant be all bad!
