Metamucil

Good morning!

I'm trying to purge myself of all that nasty goodness I ate over the weekend.  Since I hadn't been to the bathroom yet I decided to give myself a mini cleansing by taking Metamucil fibre capsules.  I've followed the directions, taking 5, 3 times per day, but have yet to seen any results.  What the heck is up with that?  I STILL haven't received my colon cleansing kit either.  Maybe God is trying to tell me something...

Anyway, I ate on plan yesterday.  I even tried out a WW recipe for turkey sloppy joes.  It was REALLY good, and it was only 5 points.  I also did my weight training and C25K Week 6, Day 1.  Yes, ladies, I am a JOGGER.  Yee haw!

Shit, girl!  Are you serious about being tempted to join us next December?  Or was that just talk?  It will be on December 5th next year.  How awesome would that be??  I know it's going to be a while before I have any money to go anywhere.  If you could come here, oh my gosh!!!  Okay, tell me you weren't just pulling my leg!

I might just have to get my arse jogging more and join you ladies in Memphis next year!!  Am i invited too?  God, I could meet Kache after knowing her virtually for, shit, over 10 years!  LOL

I sure hope that metamucil works.  Try adding some wheat germ to some cereal or yogurt or something.  That should help move things along.
