Be Prepared!

Good morning!

"Be Prepared" - that old Girl Guide addage came to mind this morning as I loaded up my office fridge with today's wrap and grapes, baggies of celery and carrots for the week, and enough Activia yogurt to last through Friday.  I also brought in apples, bananas, almonds, and cans of V8.  When I get hungry, there are only healthy options to choose from.

Since joining Weight Watchers online last week, I also plan my whole day's eating well in advance - often the night before.  As long as I stick to my guns, I can fulfill the promise I make to myself to keep within my points allocation.  If I want to eat more, I have to EXERCISE.  Once my foot fully heals, I'll be back to my fitness program by Monday.  Today I'll try for a little biking and walking so I can keep my weekly points for Saturday.

One last thing about being prepared for weight loss success, I also take my workout clothes out the night before.  Since I train at work, I only change into my regular clothes AFTER I've worked out.  Given my workout bras aren't the most comfortable things to wear, I try to get my exercise done early in the day.

Enjoy your day!

Don't even go there

With the exercise bra not fitting thing. I think I need to get back on line to Title 9 and order me a new last resort bra. I think my one and only exercise bra is on its last leg.

Glad to hear you're healing well!

Yep!

The prep work is almost as time consuming as the "real" work.  LOL!

That's a great little trick with your training.  Wear an uncomfortable bra and do it early!  Way to go!

I agree on tracking food the day before.  It really helps!

I so agree ...

with planning ahead.  It seems like bad choices and excuses ALWAYS come from not preparing ahead of time.  Good for you!

Awesome!

Planning ahead may be a pain in the patoot, but it makes all the difference in the world.  Well done you for taking the time - it will pay off in the end.
