Good News and Bad
Good morning!
Well, the good news is my official weigh-in for WW is 175.4 lbs, which is 3 lbs less than last Thursday. Yee haw! I managed to keep my promise to limit my red wine consumption to 1 per weekday, 2 Saturday and only 1 yesterday. I tracked my points and stayed within my limits.
The bad news is I tripped on the stairs at home this morning and now my foot is swollen. Luckily I didn't twist my ankle so the pain shouldn't last too long. Looks like I'll have to modify my planned workout today, opting for the bike instead of the treadmill. I can still do my weights, though, but will have to skip the lunges and possibly the squats. We'll see!
Has anyone out there tried Renew Complete Cleansing and Weight Loss System? I found this website the other day and thought I might give it a try. Hopefully I won't kick myself over it later.

Nope, haven't heard of the renew stuff. I'll have to check it out. I've been meaning to do a cleanse before Christmas.

Good and bad.
Well, it's awesome you lost weight, but I'm sorry about the injury. I know nothing about that weight loss site. I'm always leary of stuff like that.
Anyhow, congrats on the loss!

Sorry about your ankle. I swear, between the two of us, we are really going to take the clutz awards! I hope it feels better soon.

Yuck, sorry to hear about the ankle. Take care of yourself when you're working out! And congrats, congrats on the weight loss. That's got to be a great motivational tool to keep on trucking.

I hate that about hurting your foot. But, sounds like you have plans to work around it. I can just see that "Fit Forty Fiesty Female" you are going to be.
