Sorry I haven't posted, ladies. I admit I'm just not in the mood. There are some family issues I've been dealing with, plus I've been pretty busy with work. Eating and exercise are going extremely well: back down to 163.8 this morning - Yay!
In case you're keeping track of my bowling scores, Wednesday night I got 124-136-171, for an average of 144, which brings my season average up to 136. I was quite pleased!
A hot guy flirted with me outside the grocery store that same night. At first I thought he said hello to me with a huge smile because he thought I was someone else. Hey - I'll take it!
I'm having my highlights and haircut done this afternoon - it's been too long! Tomorrow morning DD has a ringette game, then I'm going for a body wrap ALL AFTERNOON. My mother had given me this certificate for my birthday but never got around to it. I'll let you know how it was Monday morning.

Enjoy your body wrap. Be sure to drink lots of water beforehand--- like a gallon or you will get dehydrated and sick. :-) Have a good weekend!

One of those weeks
I guess it's going around at EP. I haven't had the time to blog, and didn't feel like it either. Just reading the list of things your friend ate made my stomach hurt. Maybe you can be a good influence on her!
your weekend- it does sound as if you really deserve it. And well done for not letting all those family issues and the mood mess up with the exercise and the eating and as a result, getting back to 163.8lbs. Keep up the good work and I do hope any problems you're having are quickly sorted out.

Lucky girl gets a spa day! That sounds great!! I could go for that. Hope you are loving your new hair cut & highlights!! I couldn't take it any more, so I trimmed my own bangs last night! LOL Yea, I'll be making an appointment to get that fixed!

What do they wrap you in? When I go to Jay's, there is this place that advertises a CHOCOLATE wrap. I am always like OMG do they let you lick it too?? LOL!!
