Tonight's Recipe
Hello again! In case you're interested, here's the recipe I'll be trying out tonight. I don't have any corn niblets, but will use green peppers and onions instead. Given the calorie and sodium counts, though, I'll have to limit my portion size for sure! I'll let you know how it turns out!

OH, Angel!
That looks yummy!! I was going to order Chinese since it seems to be all the rage these days!! I know, you said "avoid" Chinese Buffet's (never been to one!!) but I've just been in the mood for some spring rolls or potstickers or something. Why is it that I'm one pound down and I want to ruin it now??LOL
Anyway, I'd skip the corn, too. Let us know how it turns out!

recipe
that looks yummy. Next time try this instead. It's a little healthier. We had this last night for dinner. I used 4% fat ground beef and tomato soup and tomato sauce cause none of us like chunks of tomatos. I also add more chili powder to taste and a few dashes of hot sauce!
Hamburger Casserole
1 lbs ground hamburger, seasoned with salt and pepper, cooked and drained
1 cup cooked macaroni
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 med. diced onion
about 1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
Cook in your meat pan until onions are soft.
Mix all and put in Pyrex dish and top with one cup of medium cheddar.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
