Bowling went fairly well last night: 115-159-126, pretty much my average. Our team sucked pretty bad but we had a great time (when we weren't bagging about our lack of skill).
This morning I opted to sleep in after getting to bed past 11:00 pm. I did, however, do my 30-minute Firm Power Yoga DVD. Oh - and I'm down again, this time to 165.4. I'm THIS close to reaching the 163-lb mark recorded back in mid-December. Onward and downward!
I'm looking forward to a relaxing evening at home tonight. Hubby isn't curling until 9:00 pm, so we don't have to rush supper. We're having 3-cheese tortellini with rosée sauce and garlic bread - pure decadence! Every once in awhile it's not so bad, right? But I digress...
It's supposed to snow the next couple of days. It is also supposed to freeze rain. Lovely. Thank goodness I've got plenty of cardio DVDs if I have to remain indoors tomorrow morning. I really must look into getting some more Firm videos - they're quite good. They have a cool-looking step also, but I have yet to see it in any store in our area. Time to do some research!

Onward & Downward
Glad to see the scale is moving down. Keep it up, girlie! Or down, or whatever!
While you were away, my family & I went bowling and boy, do I suck! My husband is actually really good! I think he is going to some secret bowling league when he is supposed to be working. LOL
would beat me in a second in bowling. I love the game but really suck at it. Keep meaning to take my nephews and niece for a game actually. Well done on your scale results but you are so determined and disciplined it would be a big surprise if they didn't move downwards. Keep it up.
is the only way to go. We were supposed to get snow in Ontario too but it looks like it will be rain and freezing rain. Brrr!! It is already raining here so we will see what the day brings. Great job on your loss
