I must be incredibly bloated - up 2 lbs from yesterday morning despite eating extremely well yesterday AND drinking all my water. My pooch feels like a giant football. I wish TOM would just get here so I can get it over with!
I was back up at my normal exercise time this morning: 4:20 am. I did my hour-long strength training session, followed by approximately 40 minutes of trudging. Indeed, it wasn't so much a walk and jog as it was a messy trudging session through inch-thick slush. The air was extremely pleasant, though, with snowflakes falling lightly out of the sky. After my "walk", I shovelled the driveway. After THAT, I hit the hot tub for 15 minutes or so.
I bought new clothes this weekend: Size 8 (that's right - yay!) Lee jeans and MEDIUM sweaters. I used to dread shopping but now that I actually fit into "normal" sizes, it's pure pleasure.

Size 8?
That was my size before I had my baby. I miss being in that size. I don't like the size 12. Great job on getting to size 8 and enjoy your new clothes! You must feel wonderful now!
You've certainly found it! A soak in the hot tub sounds dreamy right now. It's cold here as well...but I cant do that with the little man here! Maybe tonight when I get home from work! Nothing like a midnight soak in the tub!

You really got some serious exercising in. I wish I could get up at 4:20 and work out. And shovel snow. (if we had any):). Kudos to you for your efforts. I feel you on the picture. (nice one).
For 2 things: 1)getting up to work out at 4:20am 2)doing 1 hour and 40 minutes of work out. I feel like my little 50 minutes is nothing compared to that. Keep it up girl!
