No walk today

Good morning!

Well, at least I got half my workout done this morning.  One hour of strength training, and I left it at that.  I was in no mood to face the elements two days in a row, so I sat my butt down to watch the second half of The Biggest Loser.  Loved it - loved it - loved it!  I'm not saying anything else about it, so don't worry about any spoilers.  Loved it!

Bowling tonight.  I'm looking forward to it as usual.  www.Thedailyplate.com says I can burn 298 calories per hour.  Hmmm... I play for 3 hours, but spend 2.5 exercising my gums (I talk a LOT) - only about half an hour is spent actually throwing my 9-lb ball.

Love Bowling

I love to bowl.  Im not saying Im very good at it but I sure enjoy it.  An hour of strength training sounds great.  Have a wonderful thanksgiving!

Biggest Loser

I used to watch the Biggest Loser religiously but I think I got thrown off this year with the new black team. lol  I started watching it last night but then House came on at 9 and it always wins out over anything else.  Was it the last episode of the Biggest Loser last night?

Good job for getting the strength training in. Relax your tootsies if it's still snowy outside! I love when it snows. Especially when it snows and I don't have to go anywhere!

Congrats on getting your strength training done!!  I completely understand about not wanting to be out in the elements again - if I didn't go to the gym I'm sure I wouldn't get any cardio work done at all!

I'm sure talking burns calories too!!
