No Exercise Today
Good morning!
You read that right - I did NOT exercise this morning. My ankle was really sore yeterday so I figured it would be best if I skipped my walk this morning. The last thing I need is to limp through my vacation next week. Actually, it feels much better already. Hopefully I'll be able to get back on track tomorrow.
The scale read 167.4 this morning - 0.8 lbs left to go for 20. Onward and downward!

Oh Man...
Man....The scale could have have you the 0.8 :) Don't worry you will get that before Cancun. I hope your ankle gets better. You are right it would not be fun to have a sore ankle during Cancun. But You are resourceful I am sure if it was sore you wouldn't let that stand in your way......You know a couple of glasses of wine and you would be like ankle what ankle.

For the better
It's good to know what are limits are. If you didn't feel comfortable exercising, it's probably for the better. Besides, it's not like you won't get back on track as soon as you feel better, right! I'm so jealous though... Cancun sounds fabulous right about now.

Very wise
of you to give your ankle a break. And I bet it was difficult. We get so caught up in exercising that we feel guilty and weak if we have to skip it because some body part does not feel well. Most would have gone ahead and done the walk all the same - the result would be more days out of action and feeling weaker. So well done.
0.8lbs - so close - we're all eager to read the post when you tell us that you have done away with that as well. Good luck.

I think it's for the best that you let your ankle rest. I hope it gets better soon! Tell that 0.8 lbs to get to steppin'!

You are sooooo close! Yay!! You're gonna do it!! Are you excited? I'm so jealous!! You are going to have a blast. I bet they have a sauna at your resort!

Man -o Man!
You are doing great...holy moly...OOOOOOH So close! I feel your pain...Ireally do. It will be nice to hit my 20 pound mark since I've been hanging at around 14 for the past year.LOL.
Hope you ankle feel better.
