I'm still hovering above the 170-mark. I'm still frustrated. I'm still here. Sigh. Chin up, Angel, things could be FAR worse!
Pity party is over - today I was back up at 4:30, ready to T-Tapp and tackle the world. After a 45-minute session, I walked outside for an hour.
I didn't eat well at all this weekend. Over the last two days I've eaten a bowl of ice cream with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, a handful (or two) of Lindor miniature chocolate balls, and 6 Pillsbury Halloween cookies. It took every ounce of willpower I had not to eat more. Of course my mother-in-law insisted I bring the rest of her cookies home with me (she says it's for the kids - yeah, right)! If there are any left by the end of today, they're going in the garbage.
I spent most of my weekend either sitting in hockey arenas or on my butt in my back yard. I had planned to clean my house, but just couldn't be bothered. Getting up early every weekday really takes a toll. I could barely keep my eyes open to read my book!
The Countdown to Cancun has begun. I'm aiming for a 5-lb loss by October 20th - that's when we leave. Time to MOVE IT MOVE IT MOVE IT!

Cancun?
Did I miss something? You get to go to Cancun? So not fair. I NEED a vacation. I'm going to use you and Shelly as ammunition for my hubby to plan a trip! ;)
I know all about that! So, keep your head up like you said! We all have bad weekends. Keep up your workouts like you are doing! Remember your H20!!!! You can do 5 lbs in October! I'm rooting for you Angel!

October 20th!
Ooooo, Cancun! How fun!! October 20th is the date I'm pinpointing for my move into onederland (hopefully it will happen sooner, but knowing my body I'm better off giving it extra time).
Anyway, I'm pulling for you to lose the 5 lbs by then - I know you can do it!
I hear you on being tired - I was up at 4:30 this morning for my BURN class. I'm ready to slide under my desk for a little nap right now!
Sure, you can do 5 pounds before your trip! Keep up with all your working out and make sure you drink all your water.
Maybe change up your routine a bit? I had been hovering and changed things up a bit and got results. Maybe try that.

Viva Cancun!
Chanseuce va, tu vas te prélasser sur les magnifiques plages de Cancun, c'est tellement beau ce coin du mexique (pour ma part, c'est Ixtapa le 24 janvier, vivement le bikini)
5 livres....c'est tout à fait réalisable, avec un peu d'effort bien sur et je sais que quand tu t'y mets, tu réussis très bien.
Il faut faire baisser ça cette balance là.....lets go!

. . . all that exercising is likely building muscles, which weigh more than fat. Even if you may not be losing as fast as you want, you're turning yourself into a leaner you. And same with everyone else - Cancun?!?! Lucky duck.
I love those Pillsbury Halloween cookies. I managed to steer DD around them yesterday at the grocery store. I simply can't have those things in my house right now!!
Wow girl only a few more days and you will be in Cancun. I know you are so happy!
