Switching Things Up, Part Deux
Thanks Kimby & Shelley for your suggestions. Unfortunately water intake is not the problem. I drink 2-3 L every day, all day long. Actually, TOM just pulled in the driveway, so I think I have my explanation for yesterday's constant cravings.
As for switching things up today, I'll have to put that on hold. I was opening my dad's jar of veggie soup and sliced my finger open (on the knuckle). I don't think I'll need stitches, but I can't bend it without bleeding. Not pleasant.
Talk to y'all real soon, ya hear? He he...

Switching things up.....
sounds like a good plan. I want to incorporate some new stuff too. I think after hubby and I went on the bike ride this weekend that I'm going to start adding that back into the mix of running!
Sorry about your knuckle. OUCH!

Pee
LOL there are times I can weigh myself before going and then after and lose like almost a pound! There are times I feel like my bladders gonna explode if I don't go!
And the bike, its one of those stationary ones with an electronic display, so I don't know if there is anything they can do to make it right!

Checking up
on my friends. Look like you had a very busy weekend. Girl, you do awesome on your workouts.
Sorry about your nasty cut. It is so hard to keep it closed for healing. We are always bending the knuckles. Maybe you should mobilize it to let it mend. Blessings to you, Chargail (Fartleking Friend)

Take care of that finger!
Finger cuts are the worst, yuck! Hope it's healing better today. And I know what you mean about hunger cravings - this morning, I had some leftover pasta for breakfast (not the healthiest, but I was starving), got into the office and could have eaten my weight in bagels. Not sure what's going on, but maybe TOM is my excuse too?
We shall see . . .
