Well, I put the batteries back in - my SCALE (capitalized for all you dirty minds out there). I was tired of seeing that HUGE 172 staring at me every morning for the last week. So I am once again close hovering over the 169 mark. Slowly but surely...
This morning I did my T-Tapp DVD, followed by a 45-minute walk. I attempted the Fartleking thing again but couldn't jog very long, as I really really really had to go to the bathroom. Don't you just hate that?
Last night I lifted the Pasta Ban. Yep - I had to take my kids to open their bank account last night so we ate at the mall. The kids and I wanted Chinese from the food court, but Hubby refused to eat there. Instead we had to eat in the restaurant, which had all huge meals. Instead of General Tao chicken, I had to settle for linguini with Gigi sauce (without the ham). Of course, I HAD to drink a glass of red wine with that. On the bright side, I had no bread, nor dessert. I didn't finish my plate, either. The food was excellent, but could have fed two of us.
I'm having lunch with my Mom today. I won't see her all weekend, as she is heading out to Brampton this afternoon. I wish I could have gone with her, but my schedule is jam packed all weekend. Yes, we're having yet another BBQ on Saturday. Can you spell daiquiris & margaritas? I'll try to drink them s-l-o-w-l-y so as not to have too many. God help me!

Yes, I can spell dakarees & margeridas! LOL Your BBQ sounds really fun. We have no plans and I kind of like it that way. I've been going going going all summer and my calendar is finally clearing up! So, its a good time for the blahs! :)

I love pasta! I don't eat it often anymore but i used to gobble the stuff up. Hrm, makes me want to go to Olive Garden or something. Maybe I'll take my little one there for a mommy/daughter lunch date this weekend.

Yeah, as soon as I saw the title my mind went straight to the gutter. But at least you KNEW that was gonna happen for some of us. LOL
So glad that the scale is moving down! It must be all this Fartleking... I can't even type it withouth laughing, something is seriously wrong with me. :) I looked it up, so I know what it means. Just ignore me.

I'm with HealthyGirl...I can't type fartleking either without laughing. I remember my husband trying to explain it to me before and I just held up my hand and said I didn't even want to know. But since I read about it on B-Kay's blog, I realize what a good idea it is.
I was just on HeyAlexia's blog and saw that you reported the lack of email notification problem to EP? Who did you contact? I reported it, too, but never heard anything. I read somewhere that you didn't have that problem because you use Google Reader...I do, too...is there a way to see the comments there, too?
I find I can't eat as much at restaurants anymore. or at least I try not to. Too bad you didn't come to Brampton (ontario??) I live close to there. We could have met up for a glass of vino>>
