Good morning!

Indeed, you read the title right (TMI) - I've had 3 impressive bowel movements this morning.  If it's because of the Mexican turkey burgers I made last night, I'll have to make them more often!

This morning I walked 75 minutes - yay!  Tomorrow I'll be BIKING to work.  I've been meaning to try it all summer, but the girls are doing some kind of rally at daycamp and have to bring their bikes.  I figure it'll take me roughly 30 minutes to get here.  The worst part will be getting home in the 90F heat.

How boring am I this morning?  I have nothing else to say!  Have a wonderful day.  Keep cool and have fun!

Impressive! :) I don't necessarily need help in that department, but Mexican turkey burgers? Recipe, please? My favorite way to spice up turkey burgers is with teriyaki sauce, tons of freshly grated ginger root, & sliced mushrooms. I have a hard time getting past the "turkey" in turkey burgers, so any new ideas would be great.

Have fun biking to & from work tomorrow! That sounds fun.

That's an impressive distance to walk, m'dear!  I have friends who swear by cycling as their fitness cure.  Me, I'd fall off a stationary bike, so I wouldn't know, but I believe them!
