Thursday Already?
Ah, the boss is back and has kept me pretty busy this week, which is why you haven’t heard from me.
I’m doing just great. On Sunday I ran 4 miles recovery. I was amazed that I wasn’t very sore at all from Saturday’s run. Yay conditioning!!
As for exercise, I took Monday off, saw Tara on Tuesday, ran 4 miles on the treadmill yesterday and got up early this morning and ran another 4 miles around the Common getting in some hill conditioning. I really think I need to work out in the morning because it makes me more energized to go into work, and I really just want to go home in the evenings. Of course, the alarm going off at 4:30 am is quite the shock.
On Saturday Julie & I are going to run the first 7 miles or so of our long run early starting a little before 6:00 am. Then we’ll run the second 7 with the rest of the group. We’re only running 12 miles on the 16th (but 15 on the 23rd).
Not much else going on. I'm on Team Yellow for Endurer's challenge - I hope I'll be able to drop a few lbs although it seems like I'm gaining more rather than losing.
