Ready to Run!

Oh yes, I am ready for the big Sacramento Zoo Zoom on Sunday!! 

Last night it was nice and warm(ish) here in Beantown, so I zipped home, changed and went out for a nice run around the Charles River.  It felt great to be outside, and I think I ran much more than I did in the race last Sunday.  The only sadness was my sunglasses popped right out of my jacket never to be seen again.  I thought about retracing my steps but there were so many people out I decided it would be a waste of time.  So, I need to go sunglasses shopping this afternoon.  Luckily we just got a $20 off card from Sunglass Hut.

Anyway, once I got home home I mapped my run, and I ran 4.07 miles!!

I have to do some laundry tonight and pack because my flight to SFO leaves a little before 8:00 am tomorrow.  I think Shelley will have her laptop so I might be able to do a quick post, but if not I hope you all have a great weekend and I will give you a race update when I get back on Monday!!

Wow girl you are doing some running!! Bummer about the sunglasses though. Lots and lots of luck to you at the race. I can't wait to hear all about it.

I'm gonna bring my laptop for sure! Yea, we'll do a buddy post from the two of us! LOL Ooooh, lets do a video! I can have my daughter put it up on YouTube (I have no idea how to do that!) and we can post it on our blog!! That would be so fun. Ok, so do you have an accent? LOL Beantown. How fun!! Sorry you lost your sunglasses! We have a Sunglass Hut here if you want to stop! I can't run without sunglasses! Sounds like a great run you had! Mine sucked, but todays run is going to rock!

I just posted on Stacey's blog saying that I hope your flights don't get messed up...  .... and that was before I even read that you ARE flying on American.   Hopefully, it'll all be worked out by tomorrow morning!

I've never met anyone from EP before in real life so this sounds really exciting to me :-)  I can't wait to hear from you and Shelley about how it went.  Sorry to hear about the lost sunglasses...that seems to happen to me all the time, which is why I now only buy $7 pairs. 

I hope you have SO MUCH FUN!
