Hump Day!!

Oh yeah...it's Wednesday - and it's actually my Thursday since I'm out on Friday!! 

Who else LOVED TBL last night?  How freakin' awesome is it that both women will be in the final?  I was SO happy - and in tears, of course.  Now, the rules at NBC.com state that one can vote 100 times per email address.  So, I did my duty this morning and voted 100 times - for Mark.  If we want a woman to win, then Mark is the best choice - not Roger, since he has more to lose.

As for myself, I'm doing great.  TOM didn't kill me as much as I thought it would, and it's about over.  Love that! 

After my run on Sunday my quads were pretty sore on Monday and a little yesterday, but I saw Tara for training yesterday morning and now I have a lot more aching areas - abs, triceps, lats - to counteract any aching in my legs.  Tonight I'm planning on running - need to get in a few miles before the race on Sunday.

I need to start packing tonight for my trip to SFO.  Of course, I'm flying American and they have been canceling flights on their MD-80's.  Hopefully everything will go according to plan on Friday.  I am so excited about meeting Shelley and RBR!

... what in the world the contestants did last night to lose THAT MUCH WEIGHT in ONE WEEK at the LAST WEIGH-IN???  Did they all have colon cleansing or what?  Especially Ali at her weight - I don't get it!

I'm a huge Dancing with the Stars fan....and I missed TBL.....I have got to learn how to record shows.....anyway all I know is Kelly should have gotten that make over a long time ago....she looks so much better with that fried permed hair gone....just from what I saw on the previews.

Yeah....the Dallas FFA has cause quite a nightmare in the flight industry.

Can't wait to see pictures of the run this weekend with Shelly and RBR....you have a blast!........I'll be painting

I think I may be the only one voting for Roger on TBL, but it's something about him that warms my heart! I am very proud of the girls though!  Who would have thought that everyone would lose that much weight!  I was floored!

OMG, I want the girls to win so badly!! I even have my husband voting for Mark...100 times!! God, how come I can't lose 15 pounds in one freakin' week????? I'm still trying to lose 10 pounds before Friday!!! Ha Ha Ha! I wish!!
