I KNEW IT!!!!
After an 8.5 week absence...TOM arrived 10 minutes ago!! Something told me I would start today - or next Sunday after the Zoo Zoom (which would have really sucked). Anyway - I am sort of glad it finally showed up, although I can already tell I am going to have some killer cramps. Man...I can hardly believe it - I guess I didn't leave it at the bottom of the world!!

Run and TOM
Congratulations on your run! Not sure what to say about TOM. I know you thought you were done with it for life but all I can say is "this too shall pass".

LOL
Well, at least it waited until after the race today. . . and now you know that you won't get any unwelcomed surprises next week.

Oh Thank God!
Thats great news because it will be out of the way by next week!!! How bizzare that its been 8.5 weeks!! Thats crazy. I hope you don't have horrible cramps. Take some pamprin, get a heating pad, and drink some hot tea. How was your race? Ours is one week from today.....

Good news Bad news
Congrats on finishing the race......and sorry about TOM.
I am pretty excited that I did good on C25K.....I ran 2 -90 secs runs and 2 -3 min runs....after the hard day yesterday.....I guess painting and going up and down a ladder is good training......maybe I could come up with my own training program....!!!!!!

Congrats!
You're not preggie! Haha, just kidding. A much deserved congratulations on completing your first race, and with a smile on your face at that! You look very happy in those pictures and you should be proud of yourself.
Glad to hear that your feminine cycle has returned. Now we can rule out pregnancy
