Sigh.  I've been a bad blogger.  I have good intentions of posting, but then somehow the day goes by and when I get home at night I'm too tired to even think about writing.  This week might be better since my boss is on vacation.

I stuck to my JC plan pretty well last week and was down 2.1 lbs at my weigh-in on Saturday.  Hopefully this will be another losing week and I can finally get closer to being out of the 190's.  I do feel like TOM is trying to make an appearance - Wednesday will be 8 weeks since my last one.  I did take a pregnancy test on Saturday night just to make sure, and it was negative.

This coming Sunday is my first official race - the Cambridge CityRun.  A few girls from the office will be joining me so I won't have to be all alone.  I don't know if I'm really ready for it since I haven't been running outside at all - still way too cold here for me.  It's supposed to be 52 on Wednesday, so that may be an opportunity to get outside.

Congrats on that 2.1 lb. loss!  I know you were thrilled to see it.  I'm confident you'll see another loss this week... maybe TOM will hold off a little bit longer.  Ohh, and I don't blame you for skipping the race yesterday.  My hiney wouldn't have been out there in that cold weather, either!  

I know you're going to do a great job on Sunday!  Having a group to run with, plus the excitement of participating in an event makes it sooo much easier than when you're training alone.

I can't believe I'm still in the 190's but I'm revamping my regimen to get out of here for good!  Congrats on the 2.1 pounds lost!

sorry to hear you've been so tired lately.  i hope you getting to feeling more energized soon!  it could be the lower calorie level too.

hey andrea - I just noticed that I'm not on your friends list any longer.  This was quite upsetting until I realized it must be some error on the part of EP because there's no way you would have pared me off intentionally.
