He convinced me to lose weight gain!!!!!!!!!
Woahhh, it's been a long time since I posted. Well too busy to do it I guess.
I need to post everyday ...
OK, so I'm away from Spain for a week and I'm now in Santiago de Chile. Well, the good news is that it's summer down here. The bad news is that I can't weigh in today because no scales here.
But I'm trying to be good to me and I've been very reasonnable so far.
So Yesterday I ate lots of fruit, some vegetable, grilled salmon, lots of fruit juices (well the real ones, really delicious, no sugar added). Light breakfast with Gerblé cookies ( a very good french brand).
So far, no chilean wine ...
Feeling good so far.
Will break the 98 kg soon. Eating reasonnably today.
Waaouuaa. Great news. I broke the 99kg plateau.
These plateaux are amazing. You eat less, eat light, exercise and ... nothing happens.
And then suddenly you drop hal a kilo (one pound) in one day.
Anyway this is really great and I'm just ready to see 97,x kg on the scales soon.
It's time to start over again. This time should be that last time. I need to lose weight regularly over a period of 6 months.
OK, so this week end was really under control.
Sunday Lunch was light. Broiled meat, grilled vegetable and a birthday cake (small portion of course).
Other measures taken: no more butter with toasts, no more wine, no snack. Just regular meals with water.
Also, regular posting on extrapounds.com. This time it will transparent.
It was way too heavy. OMG it was really hard to lose weight today. I'll need to do better next week.
New start in 2006. Serious this time.
That was a great lunch .... not so light but ...
OK, I started with vegies, then a 'light' kebab but I couldn't avoid the tiramisu. I need to see what the effect on my weight will be. Let's see.
It's really unfair ! Why are all these good things so 'bad'.
An I live in the best place in Barcelona, Spain with hundreds of excellent restaurants around the office. I will list some great place for you, just in case you decide to come to Barcelona one day.
So no sugar today. Salad, chicken, small piece of cheese and a glass of wine for lunch.
Dinner was a lean piece of meat that we buy from our local butcher at the market. Good quality, healthy.
My preferred place for lunch is ... Smooth, a great place in Barcelona. It's a wine bar with great food for lunch and very friendly people.
So... I should have lost something today. Let's see tomorrow morning. I need to break the 98kg.
