weight 246. butt naked first thing after voiding
measurements neck 16.5, chest 48, up arm 15.5, f arm 12.5, waist 45.5, hips 50.5, thigh 29.5, calf 18.5.
plan -diet track and count calories for a week then wittle them down to under 1800 or so. -exercise walk 3x wk adding time/distance each week, getting up and doing more little things around the house, when i get to where i am not losing weight or can breath better adding more exercise (gym? tapes? something).
