Cr*p day :-(
Right I've had enough now. Enough of feeling rubbish and loosing control. It's only bloody food and I am taking my control back!!!
Ate dolly mixtures at the cinemas yesterday. They're like my saving grace. they're 5 points a packet, take ages to eat and are rediculously sweet. A real treat.
Then went for lunch with my friend. Now I would have been good if this event hadn't taken place but like I said earlier she was a friend who neeeded me and I wasn't going to let her down. Chose a cheese jacket potato and salad. Now I know a cheese one wasn't the best choice I could have chosen but figured it was better than all the other options and the huge roast dinners. I can cook a really lovely low point roast dinner but as we all know ones that youn eat when you're out are full of buttery veg and fatty pots etc. So though I'd done ok. Then the dessert menu came out 

I'd originally said to the kids we weren't having one because we'd already had sweets today but she'd promised her kids they could. Couldn't let mine sit there and watch the others eat there so gave in. We actually all shared one dessert which wasn't hurrendous. Was a big dessert but one I would have easily polished off on my own in the bad old days. Problem is I then gave up and had tea too. Not because I was really hungry but because I was tired and had blown my points anyway. That excuse always gets me! Sachet of egg fried rice at 6 points. Was yuck! No idea why I ate it
Anyways new day new me...again lol!
So here starts the challenge! No picking at work for 30 days! Ready, steady, go lol
