Set Thanksgiving goal.....
and I did it!!
I'm down 2 pounds!! I wanted to stay the same or loose and I did!! It took a lot of work, but it's worth it!!
It's been beautiful so I have been walking 3.5 miles on the walking trail here for the past 3 days. I also got a new workout video and boy is it tough!! My legs were burning, but that is a good thing! It means it's working!!
