It's been very stressful this week, but I managed to pull off 2 more pounds and for the first time in almost 13 years I am below the 150 mark at 148!!! Merry Christmas to me!!

I have discovered that water is the big issue for me! The more water I drink the better I do......I'm glad I can tune into that!!

Down 2 more pounds.....

and I've lost 7.5 inches on my body!!

I'm pumped. It seems that I have just adapted the new lifestyle of eating well and drinking lots of water and exercising every day. Now when I don't do it, I miss it. It's just coming naturally to me now. AND I think the harder I was concentrating on it, the harder it was for me.

guess I"m coming into my own LOL!!

Set Thanksgiving goal.....

and I did it!!

I'm down 2 pounds!! I wanted to stay the same or loose and I did!! It took a lot of work, but it's worth it!!

It's been beautiful so I have been walking 3.5 miles on the walking trail here for the past 3 days. I also got a new workout video and boy is it tough!! My legs were burning, but that is a good thing! It means it's working!!

Dang!

I'm up a pound, but I'm again hoping that it's muscle. I feel smaller!! I have been doing 2-3 miles a day on the treadmill. I'll have to measure this weekend and see if I am loosing inches.

I have the day off today, so I'm having a "ME" day. I'm off to get my hair done, then hang out at Barnes and Noble and then a massage. I have to work all weekend at my second job, so I'm looking forward to it!

What a night......

Okay, so I attended the middle school parent group meeting and WHAM I am appointed to run it by the Principal.

ACK!!!!

So what do I do? I go home and stress eat LOL!! Not too much, but at least I aknowledged it. I guess I don't get another cheat day this week.

I'm glad I did a bit over 2 miles on the treadmill yesterday.

Loosing inches.....

it's a blessing and it sucks because I can't afford clothes right now LOL!! But I am excited.....luckily I can afford a belt LOL!!!

Another great day yesterday.......

1.5 miles on the treadmill and 100 crunches. I am feeling so good.

Tonight is a parent's group meeting, tomorow night I'm getting my hair done and Friday, I have a complimentary massage......talk about a week of getting spoiled!!

Feeling strong...

I'm in a good routine!!

6 days of exercise, eating great, drinking more water. I'm feeling strong mentally and physically.

Mariah has had her best report card ever!! Straight A's!! I'm stoked as you can imagine. I was worried how the divorce would effect her, but it's been a year now since we seperated and she is a real treat. Like having a different kid. I think she was just as unhappy as I was.

The divorce is still nasty, still going on and I'm so darn sick of it. But the light is at the end of the tunnel. We are reaching the point where if he doesn't make a realistic offer, the judge and court will decide things. All I want is what is rightfully mine. And since he makes about 3 times more money than me, I am not willing to take any less. I have to watch out for myself and my kids. We come first!! Wow it's liberating to say that. For so many years I did what he wanted, he was a control freak. I LOVE being in control of my life again!!

Well, I'm off to finish my yogurt with granola!!

Weigh in day......

I stayed the same, but I am STOKED!!!

Can you say PMS???

Then last night I had to bake for a school function today.  I made pecan bars, cookies and brownies......so all in all, I am happy.

I walked 4 days this week and have increased my water intake to up to 75 oz a day!!

YeahBABY!!!!

Down 6 pounds!!! I just knew that upping my walking and doing sprints at a faster pace a few times would kick it up a notch!!

I have also increase my water intake by a LOT!!

I'm so friggin pumped!!! It's about time!!

I'm doing so friggin' great!! Yeah damn right I'm bragging!!

I'm walking daily and I'm up to 3 miles a day on some days!!
