Been almost a month
Its been almost a month since I discovered I was allergic to a certain laundry detergent.... so a month ago I went on steroids for a week. BLAH during that week I gained 8lbs, Not eating any different then I have been for the past three months and nothing seems to be working to get them back off its driving me nuts. I don't ever want to take steroids again hahaha! So now I'm trying to focus and get myself together and get back on track. I've been using the rebounder and walking on the treadmill... hopefully I can get something started soon!
