My new updated measurements

Chest - starting: 49"  now 45"   lost: 4"                                                          Waist - starting: 47"  now: 41"  lost: 6"                                                        
Hips   - Starting: 50.25"  now: 45"  lost: 5.25"
 
Wow when I look in the mirror and I see myself I still see that girl who first started on this journey, yes even though my clothes are fitting alot looser and all I still see how fat I am but when I look at these numbers I am amazed, and though the inches lost don't seem like a lot.  I mean it's only 15 inches since the beginning of December but I have had so much going on that even 15 inches is a miracle to me.  I plan on a lot more to come soon.  I can't wait to see the new me emerge within, the woman I knew I was always meant to be.  THIN... Healthy and full of energy and life.  Keep me in your prayers on this journey.

you need the outsider perspective

       i have to tell you that you look amazing with your lost. and it is not only any 15 inches. it is 15 inches off that is never coming back again.  I am sure you will do fine on your journy. Good luck to you !!
