Feeling worn out.

 

Okay so I have just pulled almost 40 hours of work in a little over 3 days.  I work as a server so I am constantly on my feet and constantly moving.  I said that I would also work out, but I just haven't had the time, let alone the energy.  After standing on my feet for 12 hour shifts, my feet hurt to bad to go for a long walk let alone anything else, I'm lucky I have found time to sleep and shower.  I also fell at work the other day and slightly fractured my tailbone.  But I am a tough woman, and I am still working, it just hurts to squat and bend over, so working out will be tough.  I pull another double shift tomorrow and work til 5 on wednesday and thankfully I am off on Turkey Day.  I am back to work on Friday for another double shift probably 10am - 10pm and 12pm-10pm on Saturday, then 11-5 on Sunday and Monday will be from 11-7 and tuesday 10-4.  So I am definitely getting some major cardio in....  
 
Out side of being sore from my tailbone, feet and legs, I will be getting back into my workout routine. A co-worker of mine decided that she and I will be walking on our 1 hour lunches and after work on days when we get off between 4-6, throughout the holidays.  I peeked at the scale today and was down by another 3 pounds.  I have been drinking nothing but water, and just getting a quick glass at work seems like a small joy and in working so many hours all I have time to drink is an 8oz glass of water here and there, so I have also increased my water intake.  Unfortunately I have also caved and had a few mountain dews.  (my guilty little pleasure)  But I am not drinkin as much of that as I used to, (6-8 20oz bottles a day)  So one here in there is still good for me.
 
Hope all is going well..... I will post again as soon as I get a few moments to catch my breath.  LOL
