Walking 6.3kms in an hour totally burns off the ONE measly piece of pizza I consumed as a snack today, right?

I sure hope so! Because it wasn't even very good! I had saved some points/calories to eat a mini iced cupcake, but held off on that since I had the slice of cheesy goodness. Bah! Wish I'd stuck to the cupcake.

I'm going to need a box or two of that after the day I've just had.

Pizza . . .

. . . is my downfall.  I think I would walk a marathon if it meant I could have an unlimited amount of pizza.  But then I would probably throw the pizza up as a result, so it would all go horribly wrong.

Conclusion?  Best for me not to have the pizza!
