First up, I'm SO glad you're all still around. I'm glad I've stuck it out this long to be honest, and I don't want to give up now! :) We can do this! No checking out today . . .  but tomorrow's another day, haha. Kidding, kidding.

I jogged for 22 minutes today (still can't go further than that, BAH shins, BAH) and walked for the remaining 8. Also did 10 minutes of crunching on the ab roller thingy, and boy, I'm still stuffed from it even now!

Dad brought pizza today, and if there's one weakness I have it's LEFTOVER PIZZA. (Gosh that's gross I know, but yum!) Tonight's goal - eat something else, just NOT THAT PIZZA!

Awesome 40 minute workout girl!  Im glad you are sticking with it too!!  Youre over half way there =) if that makes you feel better.   And Im sure your shins are grateful for your weight loss even if they are griping with injury.

The Pizza Demon

I know, that one gets me everytime.  Leftover pizza . . . cold . . . straight from the fridge . . . but then I hear my mother's voice in my head, chanting "a moment on the lips, forever on the hips" in sing-song repetitively and eventually I give up.

Take that, Pizza Demon!

Throw it out!

The best solution to not eating that pizza--throw it away!  And not in the trashcan in the house, but in the one outside!

That's great that you jogged for 22 minutes.  You should be so proud!  I just wanted to stop in and say HI!

You did great w/ your workout today!  I can't think of anyone who doesn't not love pizza! 

Pizza demon

I absolutely know that - pizza´s my weak spot, period! Gets me every time. I actually thought about making pizza for tonight earlier........ but NOPE am sticking to the healthy veggie dinner I made yesterday. So far am doing really well today!!

You can be SO PROUD of yourself, you´ve done so well!! Kick me, will you, so I can get along with you?

Yes.. pizza is the devil incarnate. And I love it when it's leftovers too... probably more than when it's fresh!
