No Scale Friday!
Thank goodness for the weekend. I'm so tired, I could sleep this whole weekend through and feel completely happy about doing so.
Nothing special about today, except how I was trying my hardest to avoid the evil junk food temptations that are for sale at our school's canteen. You can read about that on my everyday blog HERE, if you'd like!
Food eaten today - 2 x weetbix, white tea, green apple, lite vanilla fruche, 2x bread with lite cheese, chicken breast with lite chicken soup sauce, potatoes & veggies. Tonight I'll most likely use the leftover points/cals to indulge in some WW dessert puddings - 2 for four points sounds good to me!
Exercise done today - 60 minute walk, covering 6.6kms. Yay!
