No Scale Thursday!
I had the biggest urge to eat JUNK today. No idea where it came from, I was just driving home and imagining eating at any/all of the restaurants I passed by. I wonder when I'll ever get to the point where I've completely made the lifestyle change and won't be tempted by junk any more? For now, it's a big pain in the backside.
Food eaten today - 2x weetbix, lite blueberry yoghurt, 4x saos with lite cheese, banana sandwich, plain pasta with lite cheese, lite bag of popcorn & tea for snack.
Exercise done today - 30 minute walk, 3.2kms. I'm aching everywhere after the last few days of exercise. Since Monday, I have walked nearly 20kms, and I'm pooped.
