No Scale Tuesday!
Back on track today - er, if we ignore the 20 M&M's that I snacked on this afternoon when I got home - but you know, am not worrying too much about that now. Big picture? I should be able to have a handful of M&M's if I so desire 'em. And that's how it is!
(Can you tell I have absolutely nothing spectacular to report today?)
Food eaten today - 3x toast for breakfast (I was so hungry!) green apple, lite berry yoghurt, banana sandwich, M&M's, glass of diet lemonade, plain pasta with light cheese for dinner.
Exercise done today - walked 6.6kms in an hour. It was an awesome walk, powered on through the shin splints and had a grand old time. Wish I had that much time & energy to spare every day of the week.
