No Scale Thursday!
Argh, just ate dinner and I am completely and UTTERLY stuffed! So full I have to go and sit down so my belly can comfortably expand, haha. And I have a whole lot of Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows to read, so this gives me a good excuse before bed.
Food eaten today:
Breakfast - white tea, weetbix
Morning tea - green apple, vanilla fruche yoghurt
Lunch - cheese & cracker snack, grilled cheese & veg sandwich
Afternoon snack - Nutella 20g kids pack (105cals)
Dinner - plain spaghetti with chicken mince & herb meatballs - WW recipe.
Exercise done today:
Walked 3.1km in 30 minutes. Nice and leisurely, as my shins are hurting.
