No Scale Saturday!
... Are these headings getting boring yet? I'm not feeling very creative lately.
Food eaten today - 2 pieces of toast, 2 cups of white tea, bottle of 750ml water, toasted banana sandwich. As for tonight, I'm aiming to devour a sausage sandwich, avoid the potato bake and indulge in some wine & punch. Should be fun!
Exercise done today - Walked 4.4kms in 40 minutes - at 6.5-6.8km/hour speed. Found some awesome faster paced music hidden on my Ipod, some I forgot I owned. Maneater: Nelly Furtado, Sway: Mucho Mambo (from my dance/club music years), Love of my life: Pandora (also from my dance/club music years.) I am currently just off the treadmill and sweating like you would not believe ... but have that awesome tingly leg feeling. Love that.
