Before After

No Scale Friday!

Be proud of me guys, I still haven't cheated and taken a peek at the scale.

(I've wanted to. You have no idea how hard it is NOT peeking!)

I wondered why lately I've felt like a big, blown-up cow for the last few days, despite being back on the healthy bandwagon. At least one reason for it turned up (extremely unexpectedly, I might add) this morning while I was at school. Nothing like TOM showing up a week or so later than normal, and on a day where I wasn't expecting it.

Tomorrow night we're having a bit of a SingStar shindig at my place, have a few friends coming over and keeping things fun.. and possibly a wee bit tipsy. I already know we're having bbq sausage sandwiches for dinner - plus salad and mum's homemade (and incredibly naughty and creamy) potato bake. Me? I'm looking forward to a sausage sandwich with tomato sauce. YUM! I'm going to hide from the potato bake, though. I know usually once I start, I can't stop.

I know sausages aren't particularly good for you because they're fatty, but I figure this night won't hurt. And I'll stick to water and wine, and away from the fizzier alcoholic drinks full of sugar. Or just have my Midori with DIET lemonade! We shall see. I might not even be in the mood to drink. I am having a sudden onset of "Missing the Boy-itis", probably because this is now the second weekend without him. *snuffle*

Food eaten today - Weetbix, one homemade Anzac biscuit, 1/2 bag lite popcorn, green apple, banana sandwich & WW cordial, Healthy Choice lite pasta and bolognaise sauce for dinner. (The meal was one of those half-serve snap-box kits, and I'm still a little hungry. Might have some tea in a little while to fill my belly up.)

Exercise done today - 3.1km walk in 30 minutes. My blister hurt.

Enjoy

You deserve a lovely weekend - have fun with the friends, and take care of that blister!

Hi!

Enjoy your weekend--sounds like it'll be fun!

I understand how it feels to miss your mate.  Before we married, my husband and I had a long distance relationship for about 7 months.  That was tough!  Hang in there!

Oh, yeah, I took a cue from you and I'm not weighing myself until September.  My trick: I put the scale wayyyyy under my bed!
