No Scale Thursday!
Bring on Friday! I have absolutely no plans this weekend except sleeping and relaxing - I have lots of books I want to read, and a couple of DVDs to watch.. hoping tomorrow goes by nice and quickly.
Food eaten today - Weetbix, White Tea, Green Apple, Lite Popcorn, Banana Sandwich, WW pears in mango jelly, pumpkin soup & damper. (Can you tell I made double the quantities on Tuesday night? I even have enough for tomorrow night, if I'm not sick of it by then.)
Exercise done today - 10 min run, 5 min walk, 5 min run, 10 min walk = 30 min total, 3.5kms covered. I bought new runners today which felt great at first but have left me a horrible blister on the underside of my foot. (I think it's the lining of the inner sole.) Will have to wear them in a bit more, maybe take out the sole before running again.. youch!
