No Scale Tuesday!

Food - Weetbix, Green Apple, Vanilla Fruche, WW cordial & 600ml water, banana sandwich, homemade pumpkin soup and damper. (Damn, I did a good job of it too!)

Exercise - Alternated for 30 minutes - 5m run, 5m walk, 5m run, 5m walk, 5m run, 5m walk.

Good Idea,
homemade punkin soup sounds great! I think I will carve punkins for holloween with my family. We should definitely make the guts of the punkin into soup.

Recipes?

I saw your request for low calorie recipes on your regular blog (charming kidlets, by the way) and I had an epiphany...

Have you heard of the "Symply too good to be true" recipe books? The lady that wrote them went from 100kg to 65kg, and all the recipes are her own, and the ingredients are altered so the resulting meal is low-fat, and relatively low-cal.

They're in newsagents for $12.95 each (there's 5 books), or... if you like... I can use my connections and get the first 3 for $1 each, and I can post them to you? I've cooked stuff out of them (tuna bake, pasta dishes etc) and they are DELISH!
