No Scale Monday!
Food Today - Weetbix, Green Apple, Lite Fruche Vanilla Yoghurt, kid size bag of cheese & bacon balls, Banana sandwich. Dinner will be pork, potatoes and vegetables, nothing too flashy.
Exercise Today - 5 minutes TurboJAM LEARN, 20 minutes of TurboJAM BURN. (Mum wanted to try the workout out, so we did it together.)
