Monday Weigh-In

I lost a whopping 600g this week.
Do you sense the excitement?
Argh. I'm getting really, really frustrated.

The scale actually flashed 84.4kgs and I was about to throw it out the window, but then it flashed "LOW" and died, so I changed the batteries, stood on it again and got the 83.8kg reading. After getting on and off a few times, I'm sticking with that one.

Seems like I've hit a wall.

WHAT!??! THAT'S AWESOME!

Are you for real complaining about losing 600g? mate, that's awesome! If you lose too much more it wont be long lasting.

My trusty book *cough* which i love.... reccomends losing a between 400grams - 900grams (basically 1-2lbs) a week is healthy. You're right in the middle of that!

I PUT on weight this week! I've gone from 96.7 tweeks week ago (pre holiday) to 97.1 on saturday morning.

BE POSITIVE! It's a long road.

That's over 1 lb!  It's a fantastic loss because (1) it's a loss and any loss is fantastic and (2) it's more than 1 lb!  Think in pounds, my dear, it will make it all seem much better.
