Before After

Monday Weigh-In

After being sure I was going to have a disappointing weigh in all week (for no apparent reason either, which shits me) I stayed the same this week - 84.4kgs.

So much for getting to 82kgs before my birthday next Tuesday! That would mean I'd have to lose 2.4kgs in a week - at the way my weight loss has stopped, I highly doubt that.

Any ideas on why I've stopped losing? I don't think it's a plateau because I have a lot more weight to lose yet before I'm even categorised as 'healthy'. Grr. Cranky now.

**edit**

I started my day well, with weetbix, saos, pumpkin soup & lots of water - but then finished it with McDonalds and some chocolate eclairs. Yuck! (It's 9.40pm and I JUST got home, so I had a take away dinner.) Back on tomorrow... back on.

Wow!

So much has happened since i've been gone... and look at you!!! Down to 84.4kgs! You're amazing! You've done so incredibly well, i cant believe it.

Maybe... you need to see a throat specialist or something?

STILL GREAT

Maintaining is always better than gaining. I know it's frustrating... but maybe with your added activity lately, you've lost inches? That would be exciting!!! :)

Honey...

McDonalds = evil. I'm sure you know that though.

The only thing I can think of is that you're starting to build a little muscle. I know my legs have bulked right up again once I started doing weights and jumped on the treadmill, so maybe you're starting to tone up?

Don't fret. Remember that you're 11.4kg better off than when you started!
