Little Things
I told you yesterday I recorded my measurements, so I just thought I'd share them with you - the bummer is that the last batch of measurements I had are on record at the gym, but I don't have them here OR remember them for comparison. Ah well. Maybe in a month's time, they will have dropped. Hopefully! =)
Thighs - 48-49cm
Upper Arms - 37.5-38cm
Chest - 111cm
Waist - 99cm
Hips - 114cm
(I have a waist! Sort of! Albeit chubby! WAIST! Praise the exercise gods!)
I did Turbo Jam again today - 1 x "Learn" to remember those moves, 2 x "Burn" to practice the workout, and I also attempted "20 Minute Workout". It was definitely high impact, and I probably won't attempt that again until I've mastered the "Burn". I have a bit of a stiff twinge in my left knee, I think because I'm not used to all these aerobic moves, so I'm going to walk/jog tomorrow on the treadmill to give it a break.
It's funny, isn't it? I can run for 20 minutes straight, but add in a few knee lifts and twists and kicks and I'm pooped! I feel good though. It'll be good to keep learning the moves though, I think it's hard catching on at first - they move quite fast.
Food today:
2x toast with marg and vegemite, green tea, green apple, 4x saos with lite cheese and vegemite, 600ml water, bread roll with grilled sausage, lean cuisine lasagne, WW lime cordial, low fat ice cream for desert.
