The usual - plus a favour.
I'm making a "to do" list to keep me busy since Jase heads off to England in two weeks, and I need your input.

And now onto the healthiness .... exercise first!
20 minute jog = 2.6kms covered = 1.6miles straight
20 minute walk = 2.1kms covered = 1.3miles straight
Total = 40 minutes exercise = 4.7kms covered = 2.9miles total.
Food wise, today has been pretty good...
Green tea, 2 x toast with vegemite
1 green apple, 1 strawberry light fruche yoghurt
1 banana sandwich (2 bread), green tea
Dinner is plain spaghetti with Leggos bolognaise sauce, which smells soooo good.

Yeah you seem to be eating a lot less than I am...
Right now I am eating sandwiches (two, that means 4 slices of toast, with hand and cheese from the sandwich maker), but it works out points-wise.
Are you still following WW?

Hey there!
Hi! just looking at your exercise and you are doing great job on that!
Be careful on not eating enough...your body might go into starvation mode and harder to lose.
You are from Australia? My sister in law and family live there. Beautiful place!!!

And be encouraged. Everyone here is so wonderful. Thanks for the kind comments. Positive right now is my middle name. I am thriving for the things in my life that take me higher, with the exception of my weight going higher. I wish you much success, (you already have done so well!). I will keep in touch,
