BUGGER.
I just had a whole post written here, and it was deleted by a stupid page non-loading error. GRR. Makes me so cranky.
Anyway. Today's exercise - 5 minutes of crunches, 5 minutes walking, 5 minutes jogging, 5 minutes walking, 5 minutes jogging, 5 minutes walking, 5 minutes FAST walking. Not too shabby for my "in between" day.
I had pumpkin soup yesterday for lunch with a damper roll, yummy. Followed that sharing a lemon meringue pie slice with mum, which was absolute heaven -- but worked into my "points" for the day, which was great. For dinner, I went to Jason's. His mum cooked veal with steamed potato, carrot, pumpkin and zucchini. =)
I splurged and spent over $100 on Turbo Jam. It should be here within the next 10 days, so keep your fingers crossed for me that it arrives soon. I'm looking forward to spicing up my walking/jogging programme, with some dancing and kicking and boxing across my lounge room like a loon. Ha! I'll keep you updated more on that when it comes.
I have had a weird pain in my stomach for the past three days now. It's like I'm incredibly bloated, but there's no real reason for it. And not only do I look swollen, I feel heavier and I have a pain that goes with it. I'm hoping it's just something that went along with this week's "TOM" but it's gone now, so hopefully the pain/bloat will go too.
Have a feeling that this Monday will show a gain, even though I've been doing better. Boo. Love weekends. Hate that they go so fast.
