Kick Start
Nothing like getting yourself out of a slump with a nice mid-morning exercise session. (Don't you love holidays?)
20 minute jog = 2.6kms covered = 1.6miles straight
20 minute powerwalk
5 minute jog
5 minute walk
A 50 minute workout, where I managed to cover exactly 6kms or 3.72miles. I love jelly legs. I burned over 400 calories. Oh, and I'm thinking I'll be making the plunge (and spending $100) to buy TurboJam.
(It's a good thing I worked out, just found out we're going out to lunch to celebrate my parents coming home safely!)
