I'm still not exercising because I'm all clogged up and headachey, but I'm going to be better food wise. I finished last night with a bang (of junk!) and bleh.. even though I could just fall back into old habits, I'm going to start again.
(I have to say though, that I have ONE bad weekend, and the weight just flies back on - it's so unfair. *sniff*)
Today I'm going to make homemade pizza for dinner, to pretend that I'm still eating junk food, when I'm actually not. :) That might shock my body into eating a bit better again.. we'll see. I also need to do another big house cleanup sometime this week because a) In five day, it's messy again and b) This time next week, my parents come home so it needs to look perfect!
But back to the better eating, especially while I can't exercise.
Breakfast - 2 x toast w/ low fat marg & vegemite Lunch - Green Apple (Brekky & lunch combined @ 11am!) Dinner - Homemade Pizza (ham & pineapple)
I'm also refusing to weigh in until next week - maybe some of the damage will come off by then. (SO UNFAIR, lol!) Bleh. Wish me luck!

Vitamins?
I forgot if i've asked this before...but... are you taking some kind of multivitamin?
Maybe you should go to a naturapath? you seem to get sick quite often....
I believe I have visited your page before, but you look great! YOU can definitely see your weight loss. YOU are doing wonderfully, yet you seem to beat yourself up. What I think woud be so comforting is for us all to own our weight loss, no one did that for you....YOU did. If you have something that is "forbidden" eat it and move on. Don't beat yourself up over things like that, there is always a tomorrow! And living a healthier lifestyle is sometimes having the things that are not so good for you, but not eating them EVERYDAY. I read through your blog and it is very interesting and I see on many blog entries you have a new outlook on your life and how you are eating out and all and how you are aware of the consequences. As I said before you look great and a little yummy food here and now is fine. I don't crave sweets anymore, haven't had anything sweet and tasty other than fruit in over a month, and I feel great. But if and when that urge does hit me, I will have what I want and not beat myself up and sacrifice in other areas. We are all doing well here....Give yourself a little more credit and you look so DARN skinny in those jeans! CONGRATULATIONS ! ! !
