Three days until holidays...

(Not that I'm counting or anything, oh no!) Actually - YES! I am counting! Well and truly counting down the days. I'm so tired, the kidlets are tired, we're just one big tired classroom. Add in pouring rain and us all cooped up inside, and you don't get a bunch of happy campers.

I'm cooking tonight instead of being lazy and heating up a frozen meal or making pasta - I've made cornflake chicken (yum, love that recipe) with potatoes and veggies. It's baking now and smells so good. Can't wait to sit down in front of the TV with it - I'm so classy!

Exercise // Walked 3k in 30 minutes, nothing hectic.
Food // 2 x Saos with cheese
             1 hot chocolate
             1 green apple  
             1 vanilla light fruche
             1 green tea
             1 hot dog (home made - frankfurt & bread roll)
             Dinner: Chicken, Potato & Veggies

and it's only Tuesday.  Or is it Wednesday for you?  Time zones confuse me.

And yes.  It really is called a muffin top.  According to this reference, it's actually Australian in origin from "Kath n Kim".  hee!

I'm so jealous of your holidays. I mean, i know teachers work had and stuff, and do heaps of work outside of 9 - 3 ... but pshshhH! You get like 20 weeks of holidays a year!

Move to Queensland... the evil kidlets up here started their holidays last Friday. They're everywhere!!! Especially in the doctor's surgery, running around and screaming when you've got a pounding headache...

I don't envy you, dear. I could never teach kidlets! The holidays wouldn't be worth it for me!

Oh man! I forgot that you're a teacher. So that means you're off for a couple of months and then christmas........You are one lucky girl!!!

Can I have a tiny piece of that holiday?? I´m so tuckered out by now.... but you enjoy it, I can imagine you must be tired after teaching little ones for a while.
