Before After

Jeans progress.

After being up all week, I lost 800g this week - bringing my current weight to 83.2kgs. (Of course it was up again this afternoon, but I only record my Monday mornings so... yay!)

My "dream" jeans which I've had as an incentive in my cupboard for about five years are finally fitting. Considering I've lost over ten kgs and not a single dress size, I'm finally feeling happier. Yes the jeans are still a little too tight for me to wear out comfortably, and YES I have bits hanging out over the top of them (haha!) but at least I can get them over my thighs now. I'm happy with that.

Food  //

that bit over the top

you know what it's called in the US?  a muffin top.  how awesome and yet terrible is that?

YAY!!

Great for you, girl, to lose another 800 grams and fit into your jeans. I know, I know, the muffin top is still there, but you´ll be fine and soon it´ll be gone, you´re doing such a great job on all this!!

Keep up the good work, dearie! Big hugs to you!

Muffin top! haha!

Is the muffin top the only reason you cant wear them out? maybe team it with a black singlet and a slightly baggy top over the top of the singlet...

So proud of you for fitting into those jeans. You've done so well - 10kgs is massive

wooohooo!

I'm in the same boat as you! I finally fit into a pair of jeans from Old Navy but the "stuff " at the sides is still hanging out!

Way to go on getting this far! Keep up the good work: D

Do you know... the Muffin Man?

Sorry... Shrek fan.. and that came to mind as soon as I saw "muffin"...

You know... I've also heard the muffin top referred to as the "popped sausage effect". But we all know you don't look like a popped sausage.. you're too cute! haha..

Congrats on the jeans victory!!!

I've just realised

That you look SO different in your before and now photos. I know you may not notice it in clothing numbers (sizes) but, you can definitely tell the difference.

WOO HOO! :0)

Congrats on fitting your jeans! :0) Sometimes it's better to see that kind of difference rather than the number on the scale. I'm so happy that you've reached that goal! You know you have done good once you can wear those jeans comfortably and with no muffin top. Keep up the great work! :0)
