I did an "apple day" yesterday--which Dr. Simeons says to do when you hit a plateau, and today I'm down 3 more pounds! Woo hoo!

Yesterday started week 3 for me, and I've lost a total of 15.5 pounds. Woo hoo!![]()
I'm pretty proud of myself because I had two different family barbecues to go to for Memorial Day, and I didn't blow it! Yay me!!
Off to a good start!
Well, I know that starting Dr. Simeon's Weight Loss Protocol, that the first week will be pretty significant and then it should be about 2-3 pounds a week after that.
I'm not hungry with this. Even with the low calorie diet. The 2 fat-loading days made me gain a pound and a half, but they said that is normal--especially to lose 6 pounds after one day! Today is my fourth day on the actual diet, and I'm glad I've lost, I wish I could feel it, but my clothes are still tight. We'll see.
